Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had. Chance helped me out with a lease and was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Beyond that, he matched an offer that another dealership made and was all around just so awesome. He and the guy in finance (apologies, I don't remember his name) even stayed extra late, well beyond their shifts, to get the deal done and to meet my schedule. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone and will definitely be dealing with him exclusively in the future, if at all possible. Overall, very impressed with this dealership, their facilities, their inventory, and every person I dealt with at every step of the way. I came in knowing my car history and the challenges that will come with it. I had been sitting on this big decision on whether it was a good time to get myself into a car. A lot of anxiety and discouragement was building up but, I figured why not? The worst that can happen is a no, and I can handle that. With that being said, I reached out to Tustin Mazda and a gentleman by the name of Jimmy assisted me. From the very beginning Jimmy had my best interest in mind. We went through the numbers and looked through the possibilities. The dealership I went to prior to visiting Jimmy / Tustin Mazda, was trying to give me a sale with a 29% APR. As we all know, that's a bit of an insane stretch for anyone. Jimmy by the help of Lori went to TOWN for me. Their hard work and dedication is phenomenal. They had the whole building, including the Top dogs bat for me to find the Best deal they could. I am truly blessed to have come across this location. They were able to bring that number down Significantly. ( Thank you Anthony!) All that said, I want to point out what really stuck out to me more than their hard work. I want to point out that they truly cared for my well being as a consumer. They weren't just trying to make a sale and leave me in the trenches. If the better option was to wait it out a bit longer, they would have vouched that. And that means so much to me. I have not come across a sales floor with heavy hearts on it.
