Proud to have grown-up in Yorktown Virginia! When I left college in 1985 I moved and spent 10 years in Maryland. I got transferred to Charlotte North Carolina in 1995 and then transferred and settled in Pinellas County, Florida in 2002. For entertainment I enjoy Nascar, College Football (Virginia Tech Hokie), Hockey & Golf. My wife (Jennifer) and I enjoy going to the movies. I've been selling Ford's since 1998 and my promise to you is to provide you with the information you need to make an educated automobile decision and I will always make it fun!

A Great Experience Meeting and working with Kevin Jewel was a pleasure. He treated me with respect and an open, friendly attitude that I found delightful. He spoke with me for several minutes upon my arrival and then led me directly to "the Car". That takes talent. He then wandered the lot with me very patiently so I could explore my other options which I so appreciated. There was no pressure to rush to a decision. He demonstrated the features of the new car to me and made sure I understood how to use them. He explained all the paperwork clearly and gave me the time to read before signing. Dealing with Harry Rumberger was also very enjoyable. Having a new car is always wonderful. It is rare that one can say that the buying experience was also. I do not often give 10 out of 10 on surveys. When I do, it is meaningful. Kevin is a true asset to Walker Ford and Walker Ford should be congratulated for the staff it has assembled. But it takes time to go through all the procedures and the only thing missing was coffee. More

My reason to shop Walker Ford I have bought 6 new Ford F150 pick up trucks, 4 from Walker Ford. The last 3 from Walker, they are very informative and knowledgeable. I found Kevin to be genuinely interested that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Probably the most conscientious sales person I've dealt with. I would certainly buy another car from him if I had need for one. Likewise Brett the business manager was very professional, found me a great loan, and was easy to work with. The service and attentiveness of Denise the delivery coordinator was first rate. All in all a very positive experience for me. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Ford to visit Walker. More

New car sale and service followup Buying a new car can be stressful, Walkers sales and management staff worked very hard to meet my needs and after a few hours of negotiation my expect Buying a new car can be stressful, Walkers sales and management staff worked very hard to meet my needs and after a few hours of negotiation my expectations were meet. My next contact with Walker was the next morning at 9am. After arriving home the night I picked up the car I noticed a piece of the glove compartment button was missing, arriving at the sales dept. I was greeted by a young man who listened to my problem and eagerly attempted to help, he referred me to James in parts who dropped what he was doing and looked at my problem, he immediately introduced me to Ryan, keeping in mind I was a walk in with no appointment, inspected the part took my vin, without writing it down, created a service order walked it over to James who ordered the part and gave me his business card and said he would call me when it arrived.
