Getting my car serviced here is always such a pleasurable experience. I remember my mom dreading the days she had to get an oil change but I couldn’t disagree more. I received no deals or promotions. It wasn't a bad deal but it wasn't the best deal. I asked 4x about getting all weather matts and was presented with a 15% off coupon. I bought a $25k (sticker price) car and after taxes fees and additional insurance, I was $40k out the door. The least they could do is provide free weather matts. Very disappointed. Besides that the service was good but the end interaction left a source taste in my mouth. More
