hello my name is jason . long story short i purchased a certified vehicle with a “110 point inspection” from bommarito volkswagen in hazelwood 2 days later i take the vehicle long story short i purchased a certified vehicle with a “110 point inspection” from bommarito volkswagen in hazelwood 2 days later i take the vehicle to a shop and they tell me the vehicle has the rear windshield installed wrong also it in not a factory window, the rear had been repainted, The trunk is misaligned, and the front side panel has small dents from where a larger dent was pulled out. they fixed the window and painted the side but do not want to work on trunk or the side panel with the dents also i know the car would be worth less if they sold it uncertified and with these problems but they refuse to refund me the difference .i have called multiple certified volkswagen dealers and they all tell me if they had this car with these problems they would not sell it as a “certified pre owned “especially since it use to be a rental car and the damage was not fixed correctly. That means someone rented it got in a accident, fixed it themselves, took it back to the rental company then the company sold the car to the bommarito volkswagen where they did not actually give the car a inspection instead just sold it as certified. There is no way a car can have a windshield installed wrong plus all the other damage and it pass a certified inspection . Doing that would lower the quality and price of a certified vehicle instead of being able to sell it for more like they did . Now i know for a FACT if i were to take the vehicle to them how i bought it they would not certify it Again . More

I purchased a 2023 Jetta in September of 2023 it is now Dec and I still don’t have my vehicle! I keep telling me the part is on back order! Christopher was great to work with from the first phone call to driving down to purchase the vehicle. We called an inquired about a Tiguan, he knew we were driving from out of town and was quick to FaceTim call to driving down to purchase the vehicle. DO NOT BUY A SERVICE CONTRACT OR GAP INSURANCE! !!!! I bought a new Tiguan from Bommarito Volkswagen Hazelwood in April of 2021. Unfortunately, the car was not big enough for my growing family and I !!!! I bought a new Tiguan from Bommarito Volkswagen Hazelwood in April of 2021. Unfortunately, the car was not big enough for my growing family and I ended up trading the car in. I went for a request for cancellation to get a refund on the balance of the contracts. I went in to sign the paperwork and was given a blank form to sign I asked if I should fill the information in on the form or if the gentleman helping me would do that. He said ah don't worry about it I will fill that all out later. I felt very funny about this so I asked for a copy of the form. Only then did he fill the form out. This was all done on 9/2/2022. On October 15, I called asking for the status of the payment, I was told the check was mailed on October 3rd and sent to the finance company. I am not sure why the check would be sent to the finance company seeing as how I told you it was paid off a month ago (Any other dealership I have worked with has sent a check right to me and I have it within 6 weeks). I called my finance company and they told me they had not received a check. I waited until 10/31 to call my finance company again to see if the received the check. They have not, so I called Bommarito and asked for a check number, the amount, the address to which the check was mailed and if it had cleared. So I get a call back with the check number, name of the finance company and amount but no other information. I have now been calling and leaving messages for 3 days and cannot get a call back or they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I have called and asked to speak with the general manager of the dealership and no one can tell me who that is. What a bunch of crooks!!! More
