I had to say that yesterday was by far the best experience I've ever had in the service department!! There was a female who helped me, ( her name was Felicia); & at first I honestly thought she see experience I've ever had in the service department!! There was a female who helped me, ( her name was Felicia); & at first I honestly thought she seemed stuck up because she's so beautiful but when I asked her a personal question as I held my umbrella for her while she escorted me out of the garage I was blown away by her response.. I asked her if I could so I can use it to accompany my mother to look at Titans or SUV's. It was my mom's first time at my fav dealership & I wanted to show her the lot. My grandmother passed & my mother, aunts, & brother will inherit some money & I hope to get the whole family on my Nissan Customer team. My mother told me to talk to this beautiful woman and guess what? Felicia was way better then I expected! She gave me tons of helpful information, she was cool & easy to talk to & I felt so comfortable having an intelligent conversation with her about her job there..She's so experienced with her knowledge of cars as a service employee so for other women out there ask for Felisha & u won't be disappointed.
