They were there to answer all questions making the car buying process seamless . My salesman Nate (Nathan Perez) was very laid back making you feel comfortable in with the stress involved in car buying N buying process seamless . My salesman Nate (Nathan Perez) was very laid back making you feel comfortable in with the stress involved in car buying New cars have a lot of technology that can be overwhelming you need to know at least the basics and you will want someone that spends time explaining the basics which Nate does. He makes sure you know everything and feel comfortable before you drive away. More

Marty's sold me a Suburban with a failing transmission. .. Died within 40 days of delivery! They did NOTHING! They wanted an additional 7000.00 to repair. Called 6 other transmission shops and EVERY SINGLE .. Died within 40 days of delivery! They did NOTHING! They wanted an additional 7000.00 to repair. Called 6 other transmission shops and EVERY SINGLE OTHER ONE said to bring it back and "they should do something". Nope! Nothing from Marty's. I even offered to pay the labor if they would supply the tranny. I'm sure others have had great experiences here ... When it goes good, it prob goes great ..but let me warn you, when it goes bad.....they will not be there for you. You will be left hanging! Sean was good...but Marty's has garbage credibility. They will probably reply with an empty apology and excuse, but rest assured I let everyone I know of this debacle they created. More

I had a great easy experience w Marty Chevrolet. I was forced to purchase my truck from another dealer at the tail end of Covid but the Marty team treated me as a customer.
