No presure, just excellent knowledge of the car and In getting to know our needs. He worked with us then and continues to work with us now in checking to see if we are enjoying the car we purchased which is YES we continue to enjoy this car every time we use it. Not only did Kevin greet me with honest and helpful information, he was more than willing to go out of his way to make sure I was happy. facility. After all of the dealerships I had been to I thought I knew everything about the car. Kevin made sure I actually did. Only after spending some time with him did I realize how half-assed the other dealers had treated the experience. The overall price for the car was good (if I had shopped around for awhile more I probably could have saved a few dollars) but I was more than happy to pay the small difference for the service I received. I had actually visited the Norm Reeves store in West Covina the day before and walked away without purchasing a car. The price actually didn't change but my experience was a 360 when I came and spoke with Kevin. Purchasing a new car can be very stressful and Kevin made it comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely come back to this store, specifically to Kevin. More

Came to inquire about pricing available for leasing to replace car that was totaled.
