i bring mg car before 10am(appointment) and they said that it will be done around 3 pm for change oil and recall. so i wait/ around 2pm, i ask the guy how much time do i need to wait.. and when he check that it will be done around 3 pm for change oil and recall. so i wait/ around 2pm, i ask the guy how much time do i need to wait.. and when he check in his computer they are not doing anything yet and he told me that it will be done until closing.. so i decided to full out my car after oil change.. what i waste of time..for sure im not going back for service😩 More

My sales person Mazen Abdeh and finance person were good, although they input a fake email address for me that wound up causing some complications later. I bought the car on Saturday, drove if home saturday, although they input a fake email address for me that wound up causing some complications later. I bought the car on Saturday, drove if home saturday, moved it across the street Sunday, and to my daughters preschool Monday where it broke down apparently now from a bad battery. Even after buying the extended warranty and service both roadside assistance and service center wouldn't do anything to help. Saying the certified preowned car was over the milage the responded to or that it wasn't in the system. Was finally puti n touch with Kevin Harris by Mazen, who then just said there was nothing they could do to help because I bought the car on a weekend and it wouldn't be processed till end of day Monday at the earliest but if I got the car to tge dealership they would look at it. After 3hrs of going back and forth to all the people on the paperwork I just filled out Saturday and am paying for I called my insurance and they sent a tow truck for the car. More

I am very disappointed with their lack of pride in keeping my vehicle in mint condition for my first warranty maintenance service. Even with my specific requests not to ding my vehicle, the vehicle wa keeping my vehicle in mint condition for my first warranty maintenance service. Even with my specific requests not to ding my vehicle, the vehicle was returned to me with multiple large stains and small tool-ding on side-front where the mechanic worked on. The service rep was apologetic and removed the stains (6"x12") but unable to remove the ding. I could have taken the dealership service center to small claim court but I decided Not worth my time and stress! For a brand new $68K vehicle with less than 4000 miles and specific requests to treat my vehicle with care, I received the "less than average care" and disrespects! Very disappointed! Norm Reeves Service Management and Owner could learn a good practice from Honda Dealership Service in Naples Florida! More

Worst car dealer experience ever. Never have I felt so devalued and disrespected as a customer by so many of your employees. You sold me a lemon. Came back with the issues to be repaired. You said it was devalued and disrespected as a customer by so many of your employees. You sold me a lemon. Came back with the issues to be repaired. You said it was fixed only for the same issues to come back worse the next day. Now you say it's new a issue completely unrelated and to pretty much pay more money. No clear answers, No solution, no apology, no discount offered, no reimbursement of any kind, no guarantee offer of the work, no value or care for the customer, and no follow through. All you have done is taken my money and not helped me in anyway like you said you in would. Not once was I followed up with today by Kevin Harris (Customer Relations Manager) as I waited more than 5 hours to hear bad news for a "solution" only to not be provided one at all or even spoken to other than by my advisor. If you're looking for a car go elsewhere to spend your money and time. Salesperson Meysam Kaed will say all the customers are treated and taken care of the same but that is very not true. They just want to take your money and send you out the door. Even if your car still doesn't work and you're stranded with no way home. They didn't even want to provide me with a loner or rental when I explained I don't live in the area and the car is in no condition drive. I didn't even get a full tank of gas when I bought it. You're the worst Honda dealer in my opinion. More
