He was able to ask us more specifically what we were looking for and made recommendations; e.g. we are hoping to use a vehicle for camping, but would appreciate being able to sleep inside the back if needed. (This ultimately changed our minds to getting the outback instead of the forester, as the back seats fold down into a flat position--better for sleeping). Kevin has a sociable, and pleasant personality which made us feel comfortable and non pressured. Traci was pleasant & helpful explaining paperwork & "add-ons", making this tedious & confusing process relatively simple. Kevin took time to personally introduce us to Kristen in service, who conveniently arranged for protective coating to be applied before we picked up car the next day. He even facilitated a solution when I was baffled by a mechanical/technical issue in our new Outback that I hadn't experienced in our Forester. We are now a "2 Su" family, & we'd have a whole fleet if we could:) THANKS Kevin, Traci & Kristen - & Rocky...we took the roses to Mom, who may be in the market for a car...see you soon! More
