We saw Bob Wilson and he was absolutely wonderful. As a first time car buyer, I was extremely anxious and nervous to put so much money into anything but he made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Not once did he pressure me into purchasing a car or looking at anything out of my price range. Bob was kind, caring, and definitely listened and I couldn't be happier with my new Impreza. We also met with Kevin Gribble who was very nice and helpful when it came to signing paperwork, going over the warranty, and sending me off in my new car. I also definitely can't forget to mention Traci Roberts who was excellent at communicating and explaining to me all the paperwork I was signing. She knew I was overwhelmed and was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful in communicating everything in the process. My experience at Subaru was absolutely wonderful and I love my new car! After doing some research on my own, I decided the Subaru Impreza This was my first time buying a car, I decided I was going to go about it on my own. After doing some research on my own, I decided the Subaru Impreza was exactly what I was looking for. Tucson Suabaru had this CPO 2015 Impreza priced completely fairly, I didn't have to haggle to get a good price. The whole experience with Kevin and Traci was a breeze, both were incredibly friendly, helpful and gave good advice. Kevin even helped me find a good deal on an insurance policy so I could get out the door. Financing was a breeze and at a better rate than anywhere I was pre-approved. The coffee is pretty darn good too. 10/10 would shop again. More
