I sent an email inquiry and Kevin G took care of price negotiation and held the car for me until I returned to Arizona. When I went to pick it up, the process was very relaxed and easy. Kevin even did an extra wipe down of the leather seats himself and made sure the car had covered parking. The finance manager saved me 3.25% over my credit union rate! The car was everything I expected from the pictures and conversations Kevin and I had on the phone. I am super happy with my purchase and so glad that I drove to Tucson to buy it. I'm not sure this kind of dealership still exists in the Phoenix metro area - go to Tucson, Talk to Kevin or Trent - you won't regret it! More

Besides having a superior product, Tucson Subaru staff really "gets" customer service. In the past, I have had negative experiences at other dealers from male sales people who were patronizing or talking "down to me" just because I'm female. Not so at this dealership! The sales person who helped me, Kevin Gribble, was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Same with the sales manager, Terry, and the finance person, Traci. When you have a great car and good, capable people, what's not to love? More
