We just purchased our 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Step One and the customer support was 100% worth the 8 hour drive. I had many questions over the phone and Carlos and Michael answered every single one. I received all the information i asked for quickly. I especially enjoyed the personal video that Carlos sent introducing himself and showing us the jeep. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. I also want to say how awesome they were at helping us put our tires on our new jeep. They kept us informed throughout the process. When we left they even texted us the next day to check in and see if we got home safely. Again, 100% recommend them for friendliness, communication, knowledge of their vehicles, service, and fair price. More

After talking to the service department and looking at some of the newer models it didn't take me long to make a decision on purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. This is my second vehicle purchase from Robert and the dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the service department. This dealership is by far the BEST dealership I have ever worked with. The prices are upfront and no fluff covering them. They are very honest with you up front and will work with you to get you into the vehicle of your dreams. Everything about the dealership exudes professionalism from the time you enter the dealership until you leave the customer is always #1. This has been the 2nd most easy purchase of a vehicle, the first being my previous car I purchased from the same dealership. I will continue to be a loyal customer and continue to refer others to the very professional staff at this dealership. Customer service goes beyond the initial sale… unfortunately, this was not the case here at Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership. Tyler really dropped the ball. After what was a smooth unfortunately, this was not the case here at Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership. Tyler really dropped the ball. After what was a smooth sale and exchange… customer service was not what Tyler wanted to provide (why would he, he made his sale). The problem: I took ownership of a Jeep around 10:30 pm Friday night (yes true story). The next day I was able to thoroughly look over the Jeep in the daylight… what? There all over the paint, fenders, and even tail light casing was a substance… upon further examination it was the substance which was sprayed on the tires to make shiny (oily / waxy). Don’t get me wrong, tires look nice and shiny, but the substance (as a result of being sprayed on the tires) is now sprayed on the paint job (not good). So I asked Tyler what could be done; long story short, he didn’t offer any solutions, shrugs, and walked away (carrying a bench - another story). Now I’m left with having to get my brand new vehicle detailed for $100 out of pocket (but it’s worth it to get the job done right!). Yes, me and my wife tried to “wash” it off… wasn’t coming off. I guess customer service and after purchase support from this dealership does NOT exist. More
