Elvis has taken care of me for years, finding workable solutions for repairs covered under warranty. This time it was a failing water pump that they noticed upon inspection, catching it before it created solutions for repairs covered under warranty. This time it was a failing water pump that they noticed upon inspection, catching it before it created a road problem. I appreciate the technician videos, and I'm still perplexed with how the detailers can scrub every bit of brake dust out of my wheels. Repairs took a while this time, but it's not like these parts come from Pep Boys. I don't want a rush job either. I want work done right, so I go to Elvis. More
