Tom Wood has been my go to dealership since I moved up to Indy. The service department is fantastic and they always go above and beyond. This last time I took my car in for service and salesman Kevin snagged Indy. The service department is fantastic and they always go above and beyond. This last time I took my car in for service and salesman Kevin snagged me and my fiance up and somehow managed to sell us both new cars. The effort he went through to get me in what I wanted in a price range I was comfortable with was exceptional, and he somehow managed to talk my fiance into a car she was not sure of but has grown to love over the last few days. The only two things keeping this from being a 5 star review are that they listed our cars on their website before our personal items were removed including the license plates. They worked diligently to get them removed and finally accomplished it today! The other thing keeping this a 4 star instead of 5 star was Kevin told me my credit would be ran one time and I have over 5 hits to my credit from this car buying experience, that was only suppose to be me paying for service done to the car I traded in. The only thing that can be done better in the future is to please blur out license plates and personal identifying items when posting pictures and don't lie about how many times a persons credit will be ran to get them into a loan. More

Kevin is without exception, the best sales professional ever. We used to buy our vehicles from another dealership down the road.
