Geezz, I drove back again to Sierra. At this time of service, Kevin Eng who assisted me was helpful and friendly. Due to his friendliness, I ended up getting him a caramel machiatto, Starbucks. (his favorite).

Was having trouble with my car not starting up

The Monrovia dealership was a bit further away than I'd typically go, but glad I did.
