Buyer beware. This dealership is not honest with their financing!. They offered me 1 interest rate over the phone and when it came down to signing on the dotted line it was over 2 points higher and they financing!. They offered me 1 interest rate over the phone and when it came down to signing on the dotted line it was over 2 points higher and they would not honor quote they 1st offered! I could not get anyone to call me back and felt as if they could have cared less about my satisfaction on financing. Lexus would be appalled and I don't think is in line with other dealerships I have worked with. More

Buyer Beware Very deceptive practice. Dealership charged a document fee that was not advertised in the ad price. Totally illegal. State of GA made them refund the Very deceptive practice. The GM (Kevin D.)asked me and wife to leave the dealership. He, Kevin, then called me something very close to a racial slur. After he realized that I was recording him, he calmed down. He then wanted to tell me that he had several black friends, and his internet sales lady was black. He told me that his mother basically hired a black woman to raise him. Regardless a case has been filed with the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs. I will post the recorded interactions on my Facebook page. I will let you judge for yourself. Who counts their black friends, black employees and brags of having a black.lady maid to raise him. This guy never offered an apology. As I was walking out the "dealership" he (Kevin) ran after me as of he was going to hit me. He should be a leader of the dealership. His conduct was out of control. More
