Saw the Traverse Premier we were interested in, thought at first this asking price sounded too good to be true. Traverse had just arrived during severe weather, wasn't checked in by Carter, but I emailed and got 2 instant replies. Kevin DeLuna texted with me and sent a few pics via text and email next morning, since we saw a pic of 2 associates getting a pedicure. No pressure, no hype, had the vehicle ready for a drive less than 48 hrs. later. We drove it home after trading our vehicle in, Very happy with Traverse and experience at Carter! More

Even though I had a lower price quoted from another dealer I realized that the final price was lower from Carter because the other dealer had added on several additional "charges" that they said "were standard charges that could not be avoided" - these charges did not appear anywhere on my paperwork from Carter. Kevin was easy to deal with and I was out the door quickly with a fair price on my trade-in, the entire purchase process was done in less than 2 hours. More
