I asked if that’s the best they thought they could do and I was told yes. I had to specifically ask if they tried other banks and then request for them to shop around for my loan. I’ve bought several vehicles in my life from different dealers and one of the pros of getting financing at a dealership is they will search for a good loan deal for you, saving you from hitting up several different banks. Carter didn’t seem to even attempt, just said that’s what they think is the best. I was ready to leave and they seemed fine with it, but I knew their vehicle price with options would have been hard to beat. I had great credit and eventually was able to get a deal done. Just overall disappointed with their financing departments knowledge and effort. Overall there were very poor attitudes displayed during the sales negotiations and an obvious attitude of not caring if they got my business or not. Unsure if I would recommend this dealership to someone not experienced in car buying. They have great prices and selection but I feel an inexperienced buyer could get trapped in a harmful loan. More

Next morning went up to LOOK at it. Talked to salesman and he explained about the 4 cylinder. About 2 1/2 hours later I owed a Bright Red Silverado. It would of been quicker but they had too fill it up and make it pretty. More
