2020 Colorado ZR71 Trail Runner Special Edition Dealer ship was somewhat abnormal in location. This company has been in business for years and as such is on main street Okarche in a main street bui Dealer ship was somewhat abnormal in location. This company has been in business for years and as such is on main street Okarche in a main street building. Parking is a little limited. Not the big lots elsewhere in Okarche or OKC you normally see. Overall the staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. I've been on other dealer sites and the sales personnel swarm all over you. They overload you with emails, texts, and phone calls. The sales staff here sent discrete emails once I found some candidate vehicles and we set up a meeting based on vehicles I was interested in seeing or driving. Test drive and all options were explained, vehicle was waiting for me to test drive. Purchasing is simplified if you can provide any required data for approval ahead of time. Financial department was very honest and showed all cost involved in the purchase as well as providing several financing options, the cost with these options and warranty options including cost of these options. I worked with Kevin DeLuna and he was very laid back easy going person. He never tried to pressure me or force some deal good for Chevrolet. He offered options if a particular vehicle was not available and worked with Financing for my GM Card benefits. Just an overall a very professional experience. Thanks Guys. I had a few questions and they said they would get me the answers first thing the next morning. Sure enough, just as they promised, they answered my questions and sent me a video of the vehicle I had asked about all before 10:00 am the next morning. I made an appointment for later that day. When I arrived the vehicle was out front, completely detailed and waiting on me. I was able to make a great deal on it and be out the door in less than two hours, including the test drive.
