Kevin was exceptional. He was straight forward with what my vehicle needs during my service appointment. He went thru with me what the mechanic found during his inspection He was straight forward with what my vehicle needs during my service appointment. He went thru with me what the mechanic found during his inspection and also explained what the metric says about the tires and brakes. I am a very proud Honda owner and also happy to bring my vehicle to Honda on Grand for service. More

Kevin in service was awesome! However, there needs to be more communication throughout the dealership- no one seemed to be on the same page and they “couldn’t find” my info 3 sepa However, there needs to be more communication throughout the dealership- no one seemed to be on the same page and they “couldn’t find” my info 3 separate times nor did they seem to know what I was talking about. They did get my car done quickly and did a next day appointment which was great! More
