Best dealership I've dealt with. Had an appointment, Was taken promptly ,everyone was very very pleasant and helpful. Gave a great review today at work. I was surprised that it took over 2 hrs for my first oil change, but it was Monday morning and I'm sure people were getting their cars serviced for holiday travel. Overbooking I was there from 9:00 a.m. To 12:45 for lube, oil, filter change and lifetime alignment. The service reps are wonderful but the wsiting was way too I was there from 9:00 a.m. To 12:45 for lube, oil, filter change and lifetime alignment. The service reps are wonderful but the wsiting was way too long. Should offer shuttle to allow us to leave the car and pick it up when work completed. More

Dead Battery 36 hours after it was allegedly checked I took my car in for service on Saturday morning. I got a 30k mileage service done, which I was told would include them checking my car battery. Every I took my car in for service on Saturday morning. I got a 30k mileage service done, which I was told would include them checking my car battery. Everything went fine I paid for my service drove my car Saturday, car wasn’t driven Sunday and I found out this morning at 6:30am that my battery was dead. I’m sorry but if someone really checked the battery they would have known the battery was dying. When it was checked this morning it had less than 10 volts. And no lights were left on in the vehicle to drain the battery it just wasn’t driven. So really while I was told a multi point inspection was done it was in fact not and I’m a very unhappy customer as I had to miss over two hours of work this morning due to the dead battery. And this is not an issue with my service advisor clearly it’s the mechanic who worked on my vehicle More

An hour and forty-five minutes and a dirty door jamb Service writer Kevin was excellent...courteous, professional and was able (and apparently happy) to answer all my questions, of which I had a few, bei Service writer Kevin was excellent...courteous, professional and was able (and apparently happy) to answer all my questions, of which I had a few, being my first time there. Kevin gets 5 stars solid. But an hour and forty-five minutes for a simple oil change (got there at 7:56 for an 8:00 appointment and left at 9:45)? Really? That's ridiculous. And the topper...either the technician or the porter dragged their feet across the bottom door jamb and left it filthy. I take meticulous care of my car, but even if I didn't, the lack of respect for my vehicle, my property, was deeply offensive. I'm very happy witj my new Hyundai, and Hyundai of New Port Richey has done a great job of follow-up since I bought it, but I won't recommend their Service Dept. Very disappointed.
