I usually do not have a very positive experience at Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had a positive experience, even though I had to wait 4 hours until the work was complete. I did not feel judged or pressured by Kevin. He has a very calming, friendly presence and was able to explain everything to me. He did offer transportation so I did not have to wait there. Overall, I am willing to continue bringing my car for service, but I will be requesting Kevin. More

The worst dealer. Service advisor doesn't have much knowledge, he was New, greedy and liar. Even the service Manager was negative and lying. Should not take 2. 5 hrs for oil change rotate and this is everything I come in for oil changes with appointments.
