Southwest Kia is the only dealership that I will buy from until the day I leave this earth. They treat women as an equal and not as if you need a man to help you buy a vehicle, that is the first thing I noti until the day I leave this earth. They treat women as an equal and not as if you need a man to help you buy a vehicle, that is the first thing I noticed. The second most important thing is, the staff, are the most trustworthy, reliable, consistent and wonderful people that I have ever met. Southwest Kia does not sell cars because people want cars, it sells cars because you have excellent people working for you. Thank you for treating me like a human being. More

I took my car into the dealership 7/10/24 for the 3 recalls on my 2017 Kia Rio to get fixed. I was contacted a day later to state that they couldn't start my car at all. I was asked was I having proble recalls on my 2017 Kia Rio to get fixed. I was contacted a day later to state that they couldn't start my car at all. I was asked was I having problems with this issue at hand as well. I stated "yes" he said well your column on your steering wheel need to be changed along with keys etc. At this time I'm in a panic I said well isn't that part of the recall the ignition etc. He stated well yes and no! I'm dang near in tears! I don't have any money rt now to fix the car. He came back an said I talked to my boss and were going to do the work for you. I couldn't do anything but praise GOD. Well it's 7/17/24 and I still don't have a car. I called on Monday 7/15/24 they couldn't tell me anything on the car because they said my representative is off for a couple of days he won't be back until Wednesday! Oh wow so you all can't tell me anything about my car?? I called on Tuesday and all she could tell me was the part is in for the car. I still have to wait to get any information from George. Well today I call and speak to George he looks and says the car is ready! I said oh wow are you sure. He says yes I asked him if he can make sure because I don't want to make a bogus trip. He looks further into the notes and make a phone call. He stated that yes the part is in but no the car isn't finished. The mechanic said he has to find someone to do the work because he's swamped. I told him I've been without a car being Patient for 10 days. The question is am I being treated like this because Kia is doing the work for free. I am a customer in which my Kia is actually paid off and was planning on purchasing another one in December however due to this treatment it looks as if I'll take my business elsewhere. I have never experienced this treatment from Kia let alone not knowing anything about my car status because the representative for my particular vehicle is out for a couple of days. It's been a week and my car still isn't done. Should I speak with a manager? More

I traded my 2022 Sorento and upgraded to the 2024. It has now been a month and finance still shows i own the old vehicle. Its showing i am 2 payments late as well. i WAS NOT DO TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE ON It has now been a month and finance still shows i own the old vehicle. Its showing i am 2 payments late as well. i WAS NOT DO TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE ON MY OLD VEHCLE AND ALL PAYMENT where up to date. I am now getting calls as well for the 2022 to make payments. They are claiming a software issue but still continue to do nothing. My credit is being effected at this point and probably need to get a lawyer involved. Be carefull here if you finace thru KIA. Very sad customer service when you get out the door. They told me i am not the only one calling on this issue. More
