TERRIBLE SERVICE, I called 3 times before I had to go there and Brandi assured me that I had a new white Outlander SE, I asked him to confirm that please do not waste my time and he returned to guarantee there and Brandi assured me that I had a new white Outlander SE, I asked him to confirm that please do not waste my time and he returned to guarantee that there was the car, I drove 90 min to arrive and have an Outlader taken out with more than 700 miles and that they charged me as if it were new, all dirty and with melted chocolate between the seats, then the super seller arrives to say that at least it was the owner's wife who use and that she could take the car that she wanted but then I do not understand why they play with customers in that way, the ads they put on the website are false, they charge much more than other dealers and have more Fee's than others and The worst thing is the attitude with which the seller talks to one as if one were stupid, it hurts the other people who have to go to RC Hill, they are pure lies they offer, they wanted to run my credit before to see me to that I qualified and the only thing I was looking for was sincerity and price since even in cash I could pay after finding what I was looking for and obvious customer service and above all respect. More

As always the service was amazing. Going in, I just knew that I wouldn’t get approved. My sales consultant was great!
