The coupon states that 'Fully synthetic priced slightly higher'. I was charged 89.04$! Is this ' slightly higher'? The same day I requested to have my air pressure checked. On Friday, gone to a funeral in Long Island, I had the indicator of low pressure on tires on. I brought the car in, the pressure was down to 22 and I was told that it was because of the.. weather! Also, at the cashier, the last minute they asked for cash only! Supposed I didn't have it with me? I have leased several cars with you company and never had such a terrible experience! I expect a justification to the outrageous pricing and the overall unacceptable service! More
