His knowledge is unsurpassed as is his responsive communication style and his desire to make you happy. All without any pressure. Kerry strives to deliver the car you want, at the price you want, and walks the road with you. Yes, you sill meet the managers, the finance people and others who make everything else work smoothly...but not because you need to twist arms, just to know they are in on your deal and doing all they can do for you. Oh, and did I mention that Kerry does not disappear after you receive your vehicle? Expect follow up to make sure you stay happy months and , yes, even years later.. This is the third vehicle purchased from Kerry at BMW Devon. It does not get any better than this. Don’t get me started with service, because Kerry steps in to ensure smooth handover to the AMAZING service department as well....I was hit with a lung cancer diagnosis and when I could not easily get around, Kerry made service team aware and together they coordinated my car care for me. Kerry and the service team continues to offer personal assistance any time I need it. I will never purchase from anyone else. Give him a call, go meet him....you will never be disappointed. More

When my salesperson retired, I met Kerry Simmons who is beyond amazing. My BMW was 13 years old and I told Kerry I was waiting for the redesigned 3 series to arrive. He gave me regular updates on expected delivery dates of the redesigned model, and when I decided to pull the trigger he spent a good deal of time with me to meet my desires. I arrived at 11 AM and drove out with my new car before 5 PM. The service at Devon of BMW is amazing and I have been dealing with the same service manager for years who is very attentive to made needs. I highly recommend BMW of Devon for sales and service! They are awesome! More
