She advises you what was found, also what is covered under the warranty, what is not, and how much it would be.. Kathy also advises you if there is any upcoming maintenance ,that is needed. She tells you which should be done, as well as the ones that can wait a bit. Kathy is the BEST!!! Kerry Monica Jr. is also the Greatest, he is professional, Greets yo, warm, friendly.
