I drive from up North down to Lester Glenn, this is the only service place I will take my vehicle. I am greeted upon entering by Kathy Ottmer, who had been my service writer for decades. She greets me, ask me to take a seat, relax, make a cup of coffee, she will speak with me in a few minutes after finishing up with the customer she had by her. I sat down, and few minutes later she called me over. I explained what was happening with my vehicle to Kathy, she said not to worry, the mechanic will check my car all around and see what is going on. I was lucky to have Bobby the Mechanic for my car to check that day.. He is professional, warm, friendly and and so knowledgeable of cars. We spoke few minutes , asked me few questions, and said he will check it out, not to worry.. Bernie I met, the new manager greeted me, and told me who he was, asking how all is going. I said fine, my car doesn't feel well, he smiled, said not to worry the mechanic Bobby will make sure she is better soon. He noticed I drive far to come to Lester Glenn. I smiled and said that is the only place I will take my Subaru. Everyone is so nice , Kerry Monica Jr., always takes a a few minutes to comes and give me a hug and say hi, ask what's going on.. He is never o busy to greet me, and char for a minute. The BEST service Writers, Mechanics, Managers, and Staff. They all make you feel welcome, valued, they keep you updated on your vehicle ,and advice might be a little longer there, they are checking everything out, to insure all that is a problem is fixed properly They ask from time to time if need anything. Everyone there has heart! The Best Dealership/Service Department to go to, along with their Collison department if you happen to need body work on your vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and service shop and all who works there to everyone. If you want your vehicle running right, bring it to them,, you will not be disappointed..They make sure all is in good working and running condition, so you know you are safe and anyone else is who is in your vehicle. She keeps me updated on everything going on...If the Mechanic Tech finds something that is necessary, he tells Kathy, who in turn, tells me, Kathy knows I will always say go ahead, take care of it. Lester Glenn is the only place to go for all your service needs, be it maintenance or mechanical or recall. They are All professional, friendly, and keep you updated on your vehicle. Kathy Ottmer, my service writer is the BEST, I have been coming to her there for decades, I know my vehicle will be properly taken care of of by the mechanic working on it, starting with the multi point check, everything will checked, and you will be advised of of any recommendations and if something needs immediate care of. Kerry Monica Jr, is a great person - employee to represent and work at Lester Glenn Service. He and Kathy and Ekaterina are people person, friendly, personable, and all the others employees, like the Receptionists, Sydney, Linda are the best as well. They are all amazing, awesome and assets for Lester Glenn. I highly recommend Lester Glenn Service Subaru to everyone, if you want your vehicle running well, only place to go. More

Eric Senatore is a great rep - Lester Glenn is lucky to have him. Others in the service department, however, are lacking in quality and customer service. I brought my car in for a simple installation. T have him. Others in the service department, however, are lacking in quality and customer service. I brought my car in for a simple installation. The techs were apparently too challenged with it that they did an inadequate/improper installation just to finish the job. Rather than showing concern about my customer satisfaction, service manager, Kerry, gave me coupon for an oil change which did nothing to correct the sloppy, incorrectly installed cover. He didn't seem bothered by the shoddy installation job; he seemed bothered by me having an issue with it. I strongly disliked Lester Glenn from bad experiences years ago. I thought I would give them a try again in case things changed. This experience just confirmed for me that things haven't changed with them. More
