Dear Remi, I understand that you had several concerns that we addressed following your purchase. I apologize for any delays that may have occurred during this process. It is not uncommon for older vehicles to require additional time to ensure they meet our standards, but I am pleased to inform you that the dealership has resolved all the issues you raised.
