Fraudulent Contracts, Forged Signatures, and Zero Accountability – Stay Away! I strongly advise against doing business with Dallas Lease Returns (DLR). My experience with this dealership has been Accountability – Stay Away! I strongly advise against doing business with Dallas Lease Returns (DLR). My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. Shortly after purchasing my vehicle, I noticed severe mechanical defects, including collapsed engine mounts, hydraulic issues, and a defective windshield seal. When I contacted the salesman for help, I got zero assistance. I took the vehicle to a certified service center, which confirmed the issues were serious and pre-existing. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my real nightmare began when I requested copies of my signed financing documents. The dealership originally gave me documents without signatures, which was concerning. After filing a CFPB complaint, I finally received the lender’s version—and discovered that my signature and my wife’s signature had been FORGED. Yes, you read that right—FORGED. This means that the financing terms, interest rate, and loan assignment may have been tampered with without our consent. I immediately filed reports with the FTC, CFPB, the Office of the Attorney General, and law enforcement for fraud and identity theft. Even worse, DLR has refused to respond to my BBB complaint for over 30 days, further proving they have no interest in making things right. Their lack of accountability and fraudulent practices show they are not a trustworthy business. 🚨 DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. 🚨 🚨 Read every document carefully and compare all signatures. 🚨 🚨 If something feels off, walk away! 🚨 I will not stop pursuing legal action until they are held accountable for their fraudulent and deceptive business practices.
