My brother and I purchased a car from your dealership today, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding the experience. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, and unfortunately, today, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding the experience. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, and unfortunately, this visit stands out as the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the dealership environment gave an unfavorable impression. Every trash can was overflowing with waste, and cigarette butts were scattered throughout the landscaping near the entrance. This lack of cleanliness and attention to detail reflects poorly on the professionalism of the dealership and immediately sets a negative tone for our visit. The buying process itself was no better. It took two full hours to close the deal during the F&I process, which felt unnecessarily long and poorly managed. What should have been an exciting and positive experience was instead frustrating and disappointing. To make matters worse, after the purchase was complete, the salesperson made no effort to demonstrate the vehicle’s features or provide even the most basic orientation. There was no instruction on how to open the hood, the gas tank, or the trunk, nor on how to operate the radio, cruise control, or other interior features. There was also no explanation of how to pair a cellular phone with the vehicle. This lack of guidance left us feeling as though the dealership was more focused on closing the sale than ensuring we were comfortable and informed about the car we had just purchased. Given the poor condition of the dealership, the excessive delays in closing, and the lack of basic customer service in demonstrating the vehicle’s features, I believe it is reasonable to request compensation for this disappointing experience. Whether in the form of complimentary service credits, a financial adjustment, or another meaningful gesture, I ask that you take steps to acknowledge the inconvenience and lack of professionalism my brother and I encountered. More
