Side paperwork on a new vehicle never took delivery. Problem with the tech and unable to repair. Switched out to another vehicle and had dealer add-ons. Illuminated door seal trim plates were installed Problem with the tech and unable to repair. Switched out to another vehicle and had dealer add-ons. Illuminated door seal trim plates were installed and driver side seal fell off when I open the door. They reapplied the one on the door and within a day all of them fell off. I had to install them myself. I also had the vehicle rust proof there. But apparently they're rust proofing does not include the bottom of the car. When I called and asked about it they said that would be an extra expense. This is my third brand new car from Kenny Ross and it's probably my last. More

Love my new car although management was not budging on anything as far as making deals. I came here because this was the only Mazda that had the car I wanted as far as the color . Other than that due to c anything as far as making deals. I came here because this was the only Mazda that had the car I wanted as far as the color . Other than that due to car sales management makes me want to go somewhere else and not come back here. Which is not fair to the staff because of how not understanding and attitudes of the sales management. Not only that but the car was 59K and then they have “pre add on” things which totaled an extra 1700 they should just include that in the sticker . And there was more to it and the story goes both ways my only down fall was due to my car value was upside down so that screwed me but it is what it is . The only reason I went for this in the end was because my interest rate was a great rate actually less than the current vehicle I had and Zack was able to keep it at that rate even after running credit. & I was over my car and with it already being upside down and losing more value it was time to part ways . Granted that’s not Mazdas fault but I was hoping we could have broke even on the deal to pay off current car & I wanted to go back to Mazda . You win some you lose some. I’m happy in the end so I’ll look past all the cons . Chance was great he did all they could on his part. Zack from fiance was also great he kept me at the interest rate I was told I would get and he helped as much as he could . He also wasn’t pushy on adding extra little things like a lot of other car dealerships are. Car sales was good and fiance management was good but car sales management definitely not so good I get there’s not much they say they can do but there’s other things to offer especially when you’re trying to negotiate and be understanding and do everything they want but they can barely or not even budge on something you’re asking for. More
