It wasn't easy doing online transactions, since we live in Texas, but Kent was extremely patient and immediately answered all my calls and texts. My husband had to fly up to Minnesota to pick up our new truck and they picked him up at the airport. He drove it home over 1200 miles in solid rain and fog most of the way. Our 2021 Yukon transmission died in Willmar, en route to Duluth then Dearborn Michigan. We were towing a 100-year old car to the Old Car Festival. Kent K worked with us to trade in the repaired Yukon for a Duluth then Dearborn Michigan. We were towing a 100-year old car to the Old Car Festival. Kent K worked with us to trade in the repaired Yukon for a new one. It was a particularly stressful time for several reasons and the dealership made everything easy. They gave us a very fair trade in and a nice price on the new car. No pressure for extras. They arranged the loaner car transport back to Willmar, and worked close with that dealership to take the burden off us. Minnesota nice is real. More
