I have great credit, grea Best Dealership I have dealt with. This past month I have been contacting many dealerships to help me out with my situation. I have great credit, great salary and was financially stable. The only issue i had was I had a car worth $4000 and still owed $9500 on it and only had a small down payment. I had many dealerships contact me and many told me they couldn't help me because of my negative equity. I was contacted by ken and the awesome experience started. He treated me like my situation was bad and he was going to try the best he could to get me a newer car. After sending a few requested documents his way. He called me 30 mins or so later and said, " Austin, I think we can make something work. When can you come in?" I told him today. I went in on Monday and he had to work with a few members of his team to figure the best deal he could give me. Kent was absolutely amazing! After about 3-4 hours of being at the dealership Kent and Cody came to a conclusion with the help of Kent's Boss. It was so awesome. He came to me and said lets go test drive. We test drove a Verano and I loved it, I told him for payments i wanted to stay between about $400-450 and they gave me a payment of $389 including XSwear. Awesome. Cody made the paper work and financial stuff super easy to understand and it was great. Being a regional sales trainer of Samsung for over 150 stores I have brought up my car and the dealerships names many times and have told family and friends to come see you guys! I can't wait to get my new car from you guys in the future! More

I was about to give up on getting a newer car. I have had credit challenges due to medical issues and a loss in the family this last couple years which sent my credit rating in the dumps. I had attempted to get financed with other "Buy Here Pay Here" places, and all they want to do is charge you twice what the vehicle is worth, and sell you a high mileage tired old vehicle to boot. I was ready to just give up and buy a total cheapo beater $500 rust bucket. Then I got a call from Kent at West Metro. I was thinking here we go again. I told him my whole situation. He said he believed he and Cody (Finance guy) would be able to help. Within a week and several emails and calls later to my amazement I was approved for a new car with only 20,000+ miles. My wife and I were still skeptical but went in anyways. Well within a short time we signed and drove away in our new car. The rate was a little higher then normal, but with the credit challenges its the best option I had seen. Cody also worked with us to plan an affordable payment plan, and discussed how we can within a year or so refinance to get better rates as long as we keep payments current and continue to improve our credit. If your having troubles getting financed, and the people have been disrespectful, or are trying to rip you off, stop all the hassles and call Kent and Cody. These two will be able to help you, and will treat you with respect. Just be patient and let them do their thing and you will truly be amazed. But Kent won me over almost IMMEDIATELY, with his professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Everything he promised would happen, did. He was very diligent in making my deal happen in a way that I have not recently experienced in car dealerships. Everything about this dealer was great. From the receptionist, to the free coffee, to other folks who were in during paperwork being completed that would just say "hi" and/or make small talk, to the follow up's to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle after I got it home. Beginning to end, was TOP NOTCH! HIGHLY recommended!! More
