Beyond awersome service I leased my 2016 Terrain from West Metro on December 12, 2015 and not only is that vehicle awesome but the service that I got from the sales rep Ken I leased my 2016 Terrain from West Metro on December 12, 2015 and not only is that vehicle awesome but the service that I got from the sales rep Kent Kalkbrenner was beyond awesome. He took the time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. Most car salesmen have that "reputation" of being pushy to get the sale and I can say that was not the case with Kent. He sent me what was needed to fill out the night before so that when I got there the next day he would have things in order and I would not have to be there for a long period of time. I even got a follow up call from him later in the week to see how I liked my new Terrain and to see if I had any questions or problems. . My credit wasn't the greatest nor was the vehicle I was trading in but Cody Vouk and Lloyd Hemenway really helped me get in that car. I would say 5 out of 5 would be an understatement for how their customer service is ( best in the business in my opinion) Ken Kalkbrenner was my sales guy who helped me test drive and he was very friendly great conversation. Paul Recksiedler was my phone guy who started the whole process. Couldnt ask for a better team. Thank you so much for making everything happen for me it was a fresh start to my new life. More
