There’s nothing better than shopping for a vehicle from home and finding exactly what you want! Cobb County Toyota’s simple transparent sales sheet was a welcome change. None of the added dealer profit fluff that has become all too common at many dealers. We agreed on a price that my wife and I were happy with and Jason in finance got us signed and out the door. Another no pressure experience with Kent Givens. Only issue (not Kent's) is that there is a flaw in the windshield, that apparently only I and three independent auto glass companies can see. "Toyo Only issue (not Kent's) is that there is a flaw in the windshield, that apparently only I and three independent auto glass companies can see. "Toyota doesn't warranty glass", I'm told in the normally impeccable service area, but the car is brand new 2026, and came equipped with the flaw, pointed out at delivery - Kent even tried to rub it out with his sleeve to no avail. There are smears between the two panes, and sparkly, impurities, but no one there will even document it. Cleaning has been attempted three times by glass professionals, after countless attempts by me, and it is a FLAW. On the good side, after on month of ownership, I've averaged 51.4 mpg - bit I still have a flaw in my wind shield! More
