I really like the people at Jim O’Neal Ford. They don’t hound you to buy a vehicle and they all have a great sense of humor. They remember their past customers and aim to please. I came in with Challenged credit looking to purchase a new Ford Fusion, I was originally denied by Ford Motor Credit, but the team @ Jim O’Neal pulled together, even the owner pulled together & called For new Ford Fusion, I was originally denied by Ford Motor Credit, but the team @ Jim O’Neal pulled together, even the owner pulled together & called Ford Motor Credit on my behalf & not only got me approved but for the car I wanted. The whole time I couldn’t have felt more appreciated as a customer if I had walked in with cash & paid in full. All of the staff were exceptional to work with. My only complaint would be the vehicle wasn’t cleaned very well...dirt still in cup holders, etc. I think this may be the first time I have ever bought a veh complaint would be the vehicle wasn’t cleaned very well...dirt still in cup holders, etc. I think this may be the first time I have ever bought a vehicle that wasn’t sold with a full tank of gas.
