BUYER BEWARE! !! Long story super short….I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Brewster Ford the middle of March and it’s been in and out of the shop 5 times since th !! Long story super short….I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Brewster Ford the middle of March and it’s been in and out of the shop 5 times since then (totaling just under 3 months in their possession being serviced). Back and forth between Brewster Ford and Meadowlands (same owner). Final straw was when Brewster Ford “fixed” the problem, Meadowlands gave it a full look over afterwards and they both sent me on my way….to which I lost control of the Jeep and went off the road by the bend on 311 & 164. Brought it back to meadowlands and after this full look over, they found that brewster ford put in the wrong parts when they “fixed” it. Clearly a lie that they even looked at it last time it was there, but I’m trying to keep this story short. Communication only exists after multiple attempts each day to reach them, never a even a call back. Frustrated is a huge understatement. After the back and forth since my jeep went in on Halloween, we finally towed the jeep out of meadowlands today, December 6th. All the workers at both brewster ford and meadowlands that we dealt with since this last catastrophe stated that if it was up to them, they would buy the jeep back, and one stated that he wouldn’t want his pregnant wife driving it either. Ultimately, from what the employees told us, the decision to not buy back the Jeep was made by none other than the owner himself, Ken Volz. Unless you want to be treated like garbage, I suggest you don’t buy any vehicle from Brewster Ford, Meadowlands of Carmel or Volz Auto in Yorktown. I don’t ever want to say “I told you so” or worse, have anything happen to any one of you because of their negligence! More

Had to make an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance. Drop my car off in the morning of the day and by afternoon they hadn't even touched the car yet. Then when I ask about it they give an attitude like I had some massive list of work to be done. It was little things like checking the codes on check engine in the gas cap. An oil change, and a directional light got a total attitude from Chris at service like it was my fault they didn't get to it. Not even an apology. Then when it said okay that's fine. I'll be there at 3:15 to pick up my vehicle. He said okay. I'll leave the keys in it. I get dropped off from work, I walk back to the vehicle, and it's locked. So I had to walk back up to the other service department to get my keys. What a dick. Tell me that wasn't an intentional move. So I went through a little bit of a hassle getting my vehicle there and they didn't even touch it, completely wasting my time and inconveniencing other people. I have purchased 3 full size trucks and an suv in the last 6 years from this dealership. my current vehicle is a sierra 1500 and its reliability has been terrible. I had an appointment today to drop my vehicle for the day at least and was denied a loaner vehicle. Yet to make the appointment I waited on hold for over ten minutes and listened to their add which states that they have hundreds of used vehicles in stock, I guess I'm just not important enouigh !!! More

Great experience. I purchased my 2014 GMC Sierra at Meadowland Of Carmel from Stefaan Marlow. Stefaan was extremely helpful in guiding me to a decision. His approach was to allow me to make the best decision by providing me with accurate information so I could thoroughly evaluate my options on vehicles. I appreciated his low key and no pressure style. Sharon Giustino conducted herself in the same professional manner helping me make a decision on the extended warranty. I recently brought my Sierra in for it's first service. The people were friendly and helpful. My truck was ready when promised and serviced properly. Overall, my experience at Meadowland Of Carmel has been top notch. More

Meadowland and Elijah I have had my vehicle (purchased elsewhere) serviced at Meadowland of Carmel several times. The Service Department has been great. My wife and I recently suffered back ailments and living with the driveway from H--l, wanted to try a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this winter. However, we wanted a top-quality used vehicle. We met Elijah Hirshmugal from the sales department, explained out tale of woe and he went to work. Boy, did he ever! Within two days he had found exactly what we wanted. The Wrangler Unlimited handles the weather with ease and safety and, also allows both of us (back issues) easy access in and out. We drove off in it less than a week after we met Elijah. We cannot say enough good things about Meadowland of Carmel and Elijah. Suffice to say "we'll certainly be back!" More

Bad Service Experience I left my vehicle for an oil change and when I went to pick it up the woman didn't know why it was there. They hadn't started the service because she I left my vehicle for an oil change and when I went to pick it up the woman didn't know why it was there. They hadn't started the service because she had not talked to the woman I dropped it off with. To make matters worse, they refused to give me an inspection certificate for NY State unless they repaired an item they supposedly repaired while the car was under warranty. It would not have been so bad except for the fact that I repeatedly tried to speak with some about this matter and the salesperson I originally bought the car and the service manager did not return my calls. More

Unprofessional at best If I could give 0 stars I would but you can't. Took my car in for service and after 3 hours they hasn't even looked at it. I was told rudely that it w If I could give 0 stars I would but you can't. Took my car in for service and after 3 hours they hasn't even looked at it. I was told rudely that it would be at least another 2 hours before they would even get to it. Unacceptable. Waiting to go on vacation and lost a whole day here. And it's a new car! Last time I will buy or lease a car from them. I bought a used car here and it broke down 2 days later, I was told bring it in and pay for service. It was completely dead within 9 months so don't even get me started on that! More
