I've shopped at many car dealerships and McGrath Highway is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I'm honestly not sure why anyone would buy a vehicle from this dealership. Internet prices are fair, but w is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I'm honestly not sure why anyone would buy a vehicle from this dealership. Internet prices are fair, but when you actually sit down to buy, the price increases by at least $5k in "fees". They will try to sell you on the additional fees by stating you get a protection plan and "safety check", all of which are nonsense. The financing they offered was not even within the down payment range I stated. The salesmen did absolutely nothing to try to reach an agreement - I left there feeling like they did not even want to sell the vehicle. Horrible customer service. More

Tried for Over a week to get some one to compose a real proposal for a 2019 Buick Enclave. Sadly, After 3 emails and 3 voicemails left NO ONE has even tried or attempted to respond back to me.
