We have tried to work with them several times. They are awful. We have 2 open recalls that we can't seem to get them to fix. Twice we called and scheduled times and they promised we could have a l They are awful. We have 2 open recalls that we can't seem to get them to fix. Twice we called and scheduled times and they promised we could have a loaner while they took time to do the recalls. When we showed up for the appointment they said they don't do loaners. But for some reason they keep promising them. They said a manager would contact us but they never did. Go figure. So this time we made arrangements for ourselves so we could leave the vehicle. Then they call us after we have left the vehicle saying your car is in great shape! It needs $3,000 in repairs though... and we can't do one of the recalls unless you do one of the repairs. The recall is a legitimate safety concern that is malfunctioning in our car, and they just want to make money off of us. Im not sure how or who to complain to but i would think that it would be mandatory for them to replace something that is malfunctioning and is a safety concern. These people are a joke More

Honda Superstition Springs where I purchased my car in 2018 used to be excellent. I have all my servicing there as well. I went in last week with an appointment to have something that’s been recalled fixe 2018 used to be excellent. I have all my servicing there as well. The person I was assigned to Gabbie, wasn’t there, they paged her twice then actually went in the back to get her, when she finally came to her work space, she rolled her eyes & asked why I was there, I showed her the paper for the recall, snatched it out of my hand & said it will take 3-4 hrs. I left & will go to Chandler for any further servicing, my next car (2-5yrs) will be a Toyota. More

Excellent Service! We did some pre-negotiations before we got to the dealership and expected a bait and switch. Non of that! We had to leave in a rush after buying the car and he made sure we came back at another date to make sure we knew how all the technology worked. It was so much easier working with someone we feel we could trust. More

Everyone was so pleasant to work with and Adrian was able to find the right car for me. He did not haggle me on payment which made the experience enjoyable and easygoing. Super Happy Buyer On April 7th we came in looking for a specific model and color only to find out dealer didn't have it. It was a desapointment at first. But after talking to Tim Fellows and listening to the suggestions he had about test driving other models with no pressure didn't seem like a bad idea. He even said he could get the car from another dealer if i really wanted to. See, the car was for my daughter. A gift. So I was disappointed not to get her the car she first wanted. But at the end she didn't want the car we came looking for. She loved one of the cars she test drove. This would not have happened if Tim would have said "I'm sorry we don't have it" and sent us away! I really liked the options he gave us even through financing the vehicle in order to be able and take car home that day. Amier in finance was great at working numbers in a plan for me. Today my daughter is very happy with the vehicle she chose cause she was given other options. And I'm thankful to Mr. Tim Fellows, Admier, and their manager Mr. Kenny for all helping through the deal. Be sure I will be talking to friends of the great experience I had at your dealership! More

All Around Excellent Transaction and Service I contacted Kenny on a Wed morning, and he quickly confirmed to me that my car was indeed in stock on the lot. I told him that I'd like to pick it up I contacted Kenny on a Wed morning, and he quickly confirmed to me that my car was indeed in stock on the lot. I told him that I'd like to pick it up on Sat morning. Adrian called me on Friday afternoon to confirm everything was ready to go, excellent service. When my family and I arrived on Sat morning, our car was ready and out front. After we finished the paperwork, Adrian paired my iPhone and reviewed everything that I asked for, and more. Excellent all around transaction with Kenny initially and then mainly Adrian! More
