At first I was ECSTATIC about purchasing my car. Now, I do not recommend this dealership at all. The finance department is extremely hard to get ahold of. They will not accept calls, only texts which is extremely unprofessional. Once I got home and looked over my paperwork. I was sold over $3,000 in extra warranties/protection services. These were not disclosed to me before hand nor did I receive any paperwork on them. Once I discovered this I called the finance office for multiple days, several times a day with no answer. During these days I had also texted the man in the finance department without answer. Finally, almost a week later I got an answer and it was supposedly canceled. Today I texted at 7am asking about who my loan was through and payment information as I was given no prior information on my loan. No answer…until I called the finance office. While I sat there waiting for someone to pickup the phone I got a text back giving me information. Once in contact with the bank handling my loan I found out that the warranty/protection charges have yet to be removed, and my birth year was wrong! I was born in 2003. The year on my loan is 2008. I was asked MULTIPLE times while at the dealership what my birth year was and explained that it was 2003. Now I have to do even more work to get everything fixed. I am a big fan of Mitsubishi, but will never buy from this dealership again as this has been a huge headache. More

Id like to first state the sales aspect of this was great. Luke did an amazing job no complaints from him. I purchased a new vehicle from Crown Mitsubishi and noticed a deep scratch on the hood. While the dealership initially agreed to take responsibility and repair the damage, the entire process since then has been a masterclass in poor customer service and misrepresentation. On June 23, Financial Manager Kenny Burnley explicitly stated to me that a third-party outside paint specialist ("Mike") would be brought in to handle the repair properly while the vehicle was in for a separate electrical service. As their in house detailer was unable to get buff out scratch without causing swirls. On July 23, I was contacted and told the vehicle was ready and the issue was fully resolved. However, upon inspection, the scratch was completely untouched by a outside paint tech and remained. Bill the sales manager even agreed it was not acceptable. When I pressed for answers, the management changed their story. They admitted that only their in-house detailer had worked on it, completely contradicting their previous statements. They then claimed their outside technician was on vacation until Monday and promised an update. It has now been a full week since that deadline. I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting a clear answer on who actually touched my car, scheduling availability, and the official service/warranty logs for my records. The dealership management has completely ignored my communications and stopped responding entirely as of 8/3. Crown Mitsubishi is eager to close a sale, but they do not honor their post-sale agreements, they provide conflicting information to customers, and they completely vanish when held accountable. A week is more than enough time for any reputable business to pick up and make one phone call to determine availability. I am currently escalating this matter to Mitsubishi Corporate. Get every single promise in writing before you drive off the lot. More
