At first I was ECSTATIC about purchasing my car. Now, I do not recommend this dealership at all. The finance department is extremely hard to get ahold of. They will not accept calls, only texts whic Now, I do not recommend this dealership at all. The finance department is extremely hard to get ahold of. They will not accept calls, only texts which is extremely unprofessional. Once I got home and looked over my paperwork. I was sold over $3,000 in extra warranties/protection services. These were not disclosed to me before hand nor did I receive any paperwork on them. Once I discovered this I called the finance office for multiple days, several times a day with no answer. During these days I had also texted the man in the finance department without answer. Finally, almost a week later I got an answer and it was supposedly canceled. Today I texted at 7am asking about who my loan was through and payment information as I was given no prior information on my loan. No answer…until I called the finance office. While I sat there waiting for someone to pickup the phone I got a text back giving me information. Once in contact with the bank handling my loan I found out that the warranty/protection charges have yet to be removed, and my birth year was wrong! I was born in 2003. The year on my loan is 2008. I was asked MULTIPLE times while at the dealership what my birth year was and explained that it was 2003. Now I have to do even more work to get everything fixed. I am a big fan of Mitsubishi, but will never buy from this dealership again as this has been a huge headache. More
