If I could give them zero I would. I have called service asked for Larry twice now, in the span of a month. No call back nothing. Also, called and asked for Kenny. What the deal is, my wife owns a 2018 Ford explorer, we had a misfire and we brought it in. No big deal, a change the spark plugs etc ring us up for 1k and we are out the door in a week. Well my wife went on travel, came back and stated the AC is not working. Well the only people under the hood was these guys. So, I start my calls. We are at over one month, and oh by the way the original problem is back. The car misfired and decelerated on the highway. Would love for a call back but I am not holding my breath. Next stop is Ford dealership in Mandeville for service. Do we not do callbacks anymore??? More

Attempted to schedule an appointment for my first oil change, tire rotation, and recall. Upon speaking with a service member I was told “just come on in, no need to schedule an appointment” Fast forwa change, tire rotation, and recall. Upon speaking with a service member I was told “just come on in, no need to schedule an appointment” Fast forward to the day I would have originally scheduled the appointment for - I arrive and the service department says ”oh I’m sorry we can’t fit you in, you need to schedule an appointment” after talking with the same service rep and letting them know I was told an appointment wasn’t necessary he told me “I wouldn’t have said that”. xxxx poor performance by Supreme Ford of Slidell. From an entire Ford owning family, I won’t be back. More

Nobody in the service department called to inform me of the details of my vehicle . Dealership has helpful employees that are utilizing limited facilities. I was informed that a could not have a safety recall performed due to a software issue from Ford. Also, when purchasing my vehic limited facilities. I was informed that a could not have a safety recall performed due to a software issue from Ford. Also, when purchasing my vehicle, I was not informed the vehicle was not certified pre-owned which voided any Ford Pass points and other offers. The vehicle had very few miles basically brand new. I feel like the dealership should have honored those points since the vehicle was purchased above the msrp. More
