Kenneth Ketchen was great to work with. He was helpful, patient and so accommodating. From the moment we got there he made us comfortable and didn't apply pressure to make a decision. I was not even sure i patient and so accommodating. From the moment we got there he made us comfortable and didn't apply pressure to make a decision. I was not even sure if I wanted a Honda but after working with him I was sold and knew it was the car for me. I am so pleased with my new CRV and all the great safety features. Kenneth is wonderful in every way! He never pushed us, he listened to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and was able to make it all happen. He allowed me to test drive the car with no pressure whatsoever Best experience from any dealerships I've been to. Kenneth Ketchen was my salesperson. He allowed me to test drive the car with no pressure whatsoever which is the biggest reason I bought the car at Millenium Honda and and was able to get my specific car within the time frame that he promised. He explained to me all the cars features and all the free perks of buying a car at Millenium Honda. I am completely satisfied with my dealership. Finance guy last name Alcindor. Forgot his first name was very patient and helpful even with the hiccups with my bank. Thanks you guys. More
