I stopped at Boucher Mazda in Janesville intending to order a new Miata GT. I was surprised to find they had a red one in stock. I met with sales rep Ken Hernandez and sales manager Shawn Feldman. They p order a new Miata GT. I was surprised to find they had a red one in stock. I met with sales rep Ken Hernandez and sales manager Shawn Feldman. They put together a good deal and I bought the car. The finance manager, Phil Zoul, completed the paperwork. Even he was easy to work with, no high pressure tactics. I stopped in the next day to pick up my new Miata. Ken had it in the delivery bay all polished up and looking fabulous. Nice touch. Ken took his time showing me everything on the car from the engine bay, to the trunk. He acquainted me with all the features and their operation. It was a pleasure buying this car. The people I dealt with friendly and knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service skills. Highly recommended! More
