9-17-25/Wednesday & 9-18 25/Thursday Longo Toyota repaired my 2000 Tundra. I called Billy Stewart and advised I needed Inspection for 2026, Oil Change, new Battery or new Starter or both. Set th repaired my 2000 Tundra. I called Billy Stewart and advised I needed Inspection for 2026, Oil Change, new Battery or new Starter or both. Set this up through Billy Stewart, Manager over Service and Garage Departments at Longo Toyota of Prosper: Kenneth James Toyota Certified Service Writer; and Josh Axtetter, Senior Certified Toyota Master Tech, who all three always handle my Service on my 2000 Tundra XR5 4x4 King Cab. I am the original Owner of this 25 year old Truck which always stays in pristine condition thanks to them!!!! My Tundra did need new Battery & New Starter which had to be ordered (Starter never been changed/just barely over 200K miles). Everything went smooth and precisely done. Love these Guys and very thankful for their excellent work and appreciate their friendliness in the completed process! They are 5 Star rated! Quality Work, Great Pricing and I Highly recommend Longo Toyota for new or used vehicle, but most important for their Service Department that is the best I have ever been associated with of all the Toyota dealerships during my 25 years! Thanks Billy Stewart for overseeing all my needs on my Tundra and pairing me with Kenneth James and Josh Axtetter! More

Just completed the 20K mile service on my 1 year old truck. Had a few minor things repaired through warranty, and things unable to duplicate. All that to say…….I am in tune with my vehicles and admittingly, am a picky customer and I can be annoying. Kenneth James is as cool as a cucumber with me. He is the utmost professional when helping me and never acts bothered by me or my concerns. He is always willing to get me in the door, on the schedule and repaired and back on the road. Thank you Kenneth for your consistent professionalism and excellent customer service, for me! More

Bought tires for my Tundra on the “Buy 3 get one for $1” special this month. The price was cheaper than all competitors, for new Michelins. Cannot complain there. He is my #1 service guy there and he always treats me well and takes care of any concern I have. Love working with him. I drive 30 miles one way to service with him. I also have to brag on Tony Bailey. I have bought several cars from him. Any time I am there, he seeks me out and asks me if there is anything he can do for me, then invites me to talk at his desk. True, meaningful and friendly conversations that have nothing to do with cars. He handles his professional and personal Sides, the same. A friend and customer for life. Pleased to know Kenneth and Tony and the Longo family. See you guys at the next service! More

Keep shining and rising! *Original Post* My Service Writer, Kenneth Cole James, has always been amazing! Kenneth demonstrates understanding of customer needs and makes sincere efforts to meet those needs. He is unbiased and professional when making recommendations for the items that need to be taken care of for the vehicle. He carries solid knowledge and explains mechanisms, risks, and benefits of recommended service items; for example, radiator (cooling system) flush, and drain and refill of transmission fluid. He also accommodates the service schedule to fit our schedule. Kenneth also demonstrates great respect for clients and sincere commitment to customer satisfaction!! The quality of work done by Mechanics at Longo Toyota of Prosper is also great! I have been going to this place for over 2 years now and never had an incident when I had to go back to them because they had forgotten on some items or the items not been well taken care of.
