Freeman Toyota is the real deal. I had the best experience at dealership ever since I started my search. Both the sales guy and finance were awesome throughout this whole process. Ke I had the best experience at dealership ever since I started my search. Both the sales guy and finance were awesome throughout this whole process. Kenneth really made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very knowledgeable and treated me very well with respect. I never felt any pressure or weird vibes that I often experienced at other dealerships. He is awesome! Jackson was also amazing & provided lots of information regarding finance. He listened to my concerns and made sure those were addressed properly. I really want to thank them both and I am definitely going to encourage my friends & family to be a customer at Freeman Toyota. Definitely going to recommend both of them and Freeman Toyota. More

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to revise my previously positive review. After purchasing two vehicles from Freeman, returning for a third seemed like an easy decision. We were “approved” for a specific ra positive review. After purchasing two vehicles from Freeman, returning for a third seemed like an easy decision. We were “approved” for a specific rate, term, and down payment, and everything was agreed upon prior to entering the finance office. However, the experience in the finance department raised significant concerns. Rather than being given a proper opportunity to review and select additional products, as is standard practice, the finance representative quickly scrolled past the section outlining these options. My husband requested that he scroll back up, and we discovered that additional products, which we had neither selected nor been offered, had been added to the contract without our consent. This practice, commonly referred to as “payment packing,” is unethical and, frankly, illegal. When we addressed this, the response was dismissive, with the finance representative stating that these products were “cancellable after a period of time,” as if that justified their inclusion without consent. Once removed, our payment decreased significantly. Despite resolving this, the following day, we were informed that the financing terms we had signed on were not approved, and we were asked to return to sign a new agreement at a higher rate. This means we initially signed a contract that had not been properly approved by the lender, a clear breach of standard business practices. To add to the situation, I had traded in a vehicle that had existing coverages, which should have been reimbursed to me upon cancellation. Instead, Freeman claimed that these coverages were applied to the new deal. Anyone familiar with the auto industry knows this is not standard practice and, in fact, cannot be done. This ongoing issue has caused months of frustration, and the lack of accountability on Freeman’s part has been extremely disappointing. While losing my personal business may not impact them, the numerous referrals I typically direct to their dealership will no longer be coming their way as a result of this shady and questionable conduct. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience. More

This is my 5th purchase over about 11 years. I have serviced all of them here at Freeman. I would not go anywhere else. I love the family feel and the popcorn is not bad either. My family and I have been buying cars from the dealership for 22 years. Because I needed a cash car, I ended up going somewhere else but I brought it to Freeman for a once-over. Freeman saved me from a horri for 22 years. Because I needed a cash car, I ended up going somewhere else but I brought it to Freeman for a once-over. Freeman saved me from a horrible buy by performing that one's over and now I may actually have someone able to help me with getting a more expensive more reliable car from your dealership again. After we both saw what was wrong with that other Sienna I bought somewhere else I think my dad's going to help. I love everyone at this dealership I send people here even though I have no friends I myself have almost bought double digits of cars there. I very rarely have had a bad experience with anyone at Freeman. More
