Unprofessional - unreliable - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Not only was I not shown good customer service from Kendall, after they sold me the car, the alternator went out, and I spent the entire week and str Not only was I not shown good customer service from Kendall, after they sold me the car, the alternator went out, and I spent the entire week and stranded out of state because the extended warranty was not active in the system?!?!? Now three days later, I am still without a car as it was towed to a shop to be fixed, and no one has called me to update me or give me diagnostic information or repair information. I have to fight to speak to a real life person and each time the blame is pushed on someone else More
