Kendall handed us off to Kamon- WHO WAS AMAZING! ! When I called the dealership Kendal tried to sell me another vehicle instead of the one I wanted to look at. When we got there, we got to deal with ! When I called the dealership Kendal tried to sell me another vehicle instead of the one I wanted to look at. When we got there, we got to deal with Kamon, who got the keys to the car I WANTED. He was great. Friendly, went over all of the feature. Just really nice guy. We went in and talked #s with Brad, the sales manager. Between the numbers and test drive it was a total 45 mins. Then we get handed to PATRICK in finance. We sat in his office for THREE AND A HALF HOURS!!!! Not because I wasn't approved, but because he kept disappearing, coming back smelling like cigarettes. Had to print and reprint paperwork because it was incorrect. Just a miserable process. Finally get on the road in my new vehicle. They call me THREE days later telling me the car I own is NOT the car in my possession!!! The car is signed papers on was the car Kendall tried to sell me into!!!! Then PATRICK messed up on the finance paperwork and they told me my interest rate was going to go up 6%!!! xxxx no. FINALLY they fixed the paperwork, honored the interest rate, and all is well. Until PATRICK called 3 days after that telling me the bank i had my trade in financed through said the VIN was wrong.... which it wasn't. Sounds like PATRICK needs to retire. They almost had another lawsuit on top of the lawsuit PATRICK told us they already had because of him!! More
