great service, pretty nice atmosphere I have been going to the service center at Lakeshore Ford in Indiana for about four years now. I have always had a decent experience. My old Ford cont I have been going to the service center at Lakeshore Ford in Indiana for about four years now. I have always had a decent experience. My old Ford continues to be very reliable. I especially appreciate the clean waiting room with all amenities, including the ability to mute the giant tv. A lot of us have to take time away from work to get our cars fixed, so the ability to work without a radio or tv blasting at us (the ability to mute it) is very much appreciated. Thank you! More

Helped out in a pinch! I was driving from Chicago to Union Pier when my engine light turned on. Because the car was making an odd sound I pulled off and into the dealership I was driving from Chicago to Union Pier when my engine light turned on. Because the car was making an odd sound I pulled off and into the dealership. Ken Snyder was super helpful and diagnosed the car for free establishing it was safe to drive but I would have to bring it in for a check-up when I returned home. Thanks Ken! Oh, my dog Rosie says thanks too because she got treats while we were there. Woof! More
