Lying group of salesmen. They have no NEW Maverick Trucks. You must place an order which might take one year, before you see the new truck you want to buy. This is not bein They have no NEW Maverick Trucks. You must place an order which might take one year, before you see the new truck you want to buy. This is not being honest in how they advertise the products they sell. In they show, what appears to be new Maverick Truck sitting in front of the dealership. They have none of the trucks shown on the Internet. This is not being honest with what they actually have available for sale. I would never buy from a dishonest advertising dealership. More

Lack of communication I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. A part was missing back door panel loose new one had to be ordered and there is a knocking sound coming from under I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. A part was missing back door panel loose new one had to be ordered and there is a knocking sound coming from under my hood. I was contacted by Ms Barker on Monday and she assured me that she would keep me posted and get this resolved i actually felt good going into this. well its Friday ive left several message and no return call. I then was told that my calls needed to be referred to management. Horrible customer service. I contact ford and was told to take it to another dealership to get this knocking sound duplicated. Called another dealership they are happy to look at my truck for me to try to get this resolved being that ive only had this New truck for 3 weeks and 7 of those days was in the shop. So disappointed i heard such good things about planet ford in humble. More

Ken Riley was amazing getting the sales process done for me and Kevin Mckinnon in the aftermarket department was fantastic at recommending the extra add on things ii was looking for. They all made the buying process so easy and convenient. Was able to do most of the transaction by phone and was in and out of the dealership very quickly when it came time to pick up my new truck. This is why me and my family have and will continue to purchase our vehicles from Planet Ford in Humble. More
