Additional service sold at the time of purchase were not in service department system. I had a flat tires 7days after purchase and no assistance. Service department told me to call finance as I did 3 ti not in service department system. I had a flat tires 7days after purchase and no assistance. Service department told me to call finance as I did 3 times. No return call what so ever. Had to deal with flat tire 2 days later else where which had coverage in plan sold. 7000 dollars spent on additional services for what . This was just a flat makes me wonder if a major issue accrued. I work less than 7 miles from your location which prompt the additional services for my convenience.
